Date and Nut Energy Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Almonds or Pistachios
  • 400 g Dates de-stoned or Date Paste*
  • 4 tsp Maca powder or hemp powder
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Put the nuts in a food processor and blitz for about 30 seconds until the nuts are broken up into small pieces.
  • Add all the other ingredients and blend in the food processor until everything is well mixed.
  • Roll into small balls (approx 3/4 tablespoon each). Place on to a tray. Put in the fridge for an hour or two before transferring into a storage box.
