Date and Nut Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 200 g Almonds or Pistachios
- 400 g Dates de-stoned or Date Paste*
- 4 tsp Maca powder or hemp powder
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Put the nuts in a food processor and blitz for about 30 seconds until the nuts are broken up into small pieces.
- Add all the other ingredients and blend in the food processor until everything is well mixed.
- Roll into small balls (approx 3/4 tablespoon each). Place on to a tray. Put in the fridge for an hour or two before transferring into a storage box.
