Walnut & Sultana Rye Bread

Equipment

  • Bread Machine

Ingredients
  

  • 295 ml Luke warm water
  • 3 Tbsp Treacle
  • 1.5 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 250 g Rye flour
  • 250 g Strong flour
  • 7 g Fast action dried yeast
  • 10 g Salt
  • Solid Ingredients
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¾ cup sultanas

Instructions
 

  • Bread Machine method
  • Put the wet ingredients into the bread machine and then the dry ingredients into the bread machine pan as in the General Guide.
  • Set the machine on the standard white setting and press start
  • Set a timer for 25 minutes and then add the solid ingredients to the bread pan
