Pizza Dough
Equipment
- Stand mixer with dough hook
Ingredients
- 150 ml Water luke warm
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 125 g Strong white flour or T65
- 125 g Fine semolina
- 7 g Fast Action Dried Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 5 g Salt
Instructions
- Add the flour and semolina to the bowl, add the yeast to one side, salt and sugar in recesses opposite.
- Add the olive oil and the water and mix for 8 minutes
- Leave to rise for 1 hour.
