Hummus
This dish is very simple. It takes just minutes and is tastier than shop bought.
Equipment
- Food Processor, Blender or Stick blender.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 4 Tbsp Tahini
- ΒΌ tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- High Quality Olive Oil for serving.
Instructions
- Drain the tin of chickpeas but keep the liquid in a cup in case if needed.
- Add all the ingredients and blend until all ingredients are smoothly combined.
- If the consistency is too thick then add some of the chickpeak liquid and blend some more.
- Empty the mixture into a wide bowl and smooth over. Pour a small amount of high quality oil around the edge of the hummus bowl.
- Serve with Middle Eastern Flatbread
