So you know the coffee grinders that have a single blade that whizzes round. I have one and use it for grinding spices. The Biolomix grinder is a grinder of the same principle but on steroids – many times bigger and in fact it has 4 blades. 

I bought the Biolomix 700g capacity machine in November 2019. I use it for grinding flour: sometimes grains, sometimes pulses and rice to make gluten-free flour. So the first point there is that it is easy to clean which is essential when dealing with gluten-free items. I first brush out the main cavity and then carefully fill with water and detergent and wash out and rinse out. The lid/cover can simply be washed up in water. The mill comes with a wooden handled bristle brush but I soon threw that away when the bristles started falling out. I will not mark down the product for that. If you are a potential user of a machine like this, you surely have multiples brushes. 

You only need to grind quinoa to flour a number of times and this mill will pay for itself.
