Barbecued Red Mullet
Very simple and quick barbecue
Ingredients
- 250 g Red Mullet filleted
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil lemon infused if you have it
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Wash the fish, dab dry and place in a dish.
- Strip the rosemary from the stalk and chop lightly. Add to the dish plus the olive oil and salt and leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook on barbecue less than 2 minutes per side and serve directly
