Barbecued Red Mullet

Very simple and quick barbecue

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Red Mullet filleted
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil lemon infused if you have it
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • Sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash the fish, dab dry and place in a dish.
  • Strip the rosemary from the stalk and chop lightly. Add to the dish plus the olive oil and salt and leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Cook on barbecue less than 2 minutes per side and serve directly
