Ingredients
- 1500 ml cold water
- 300 g rolled oats
- sea salt
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Put the oats and water into the blender and whizz on high for a maximum of 30 seconds
- Strain the liquid into a large bowl.
- Pour the liquid back into the blender, add the salt, dates.
- Blend on max for one minute, then strain again
- Transfer the milk to an airtight container/bottle and place it in the fridge. It can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Give it a good shake before serving.
