Ingredients
  

  • 1500 ml cold water
  • 300 g rolled oats
  • sea salt
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Put the oats and water into the blender and whizz on high for a maximum of 30 seconds
  • Strain the liquid into a large bowl.
  • Pour the liquid back into the blender, add the salt, dates.
  • Blend on max for one minute, then strain again
  • Transfer the milk to an airtight container/bottle and place it in the fridge. It can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Give it a good shake before serving.
