Ingredients
  

  • 150 ml Water luke warm
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 125 g Strong white flour or T65
  • 125 g Fine semolina
  • 7 g Fast Action Dried Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 5 g Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the flour and semolina to the bowl, add the yeast to one side, salt and sugar in recesses opposite.
  • Add the olive oil and the water and mix for 8 minutes
  • Leave to rise for 1 hour.
