Spelt and Rye Bread

Ingredients
- 245 ml Water
- 49 ml Milk
- 7 ml Lemon juice
- 250 g Strong white flour
- 150 g Spelt flour
- 100 g Rye flour
- 7 g Fast action dried yeast
- 10 g Salt
- 10 g Sugar
Instructions
- Put the wet ingredients into the bread machine and then the dry ingredients into the bread machine pan as in the General Guide.
- Set the machine on the wholemeal setting and press start
