Vegan Omelette
the main ingredient is sourdough discard. Add the toppings of your choice and be sure to add some protein such as vegan cheese
Ingredients
- 120 g Sourdough discard
- 25 ml Water
- 1 tsp Nutritianal Yeast
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- 1 pinch Onion Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Oil for frying Sunflower, Coconut or Rapeseed
- Topping of your choice
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, beating with a whisk.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan to a medium heat. Pour in the batter and swirl to cover the base of the pan. Cook for about a minute before turning over.
- Add the toppings of your choice
- When cooked, fold over in half and serve
