Walnut & Sultana Rye Bread

- Bread Machine
Ingredients
- 295 ml Luke warm water
- 3 Tbsp Treacle
- 1.5 Tbsp Olive oil
- 250 g Rye flour
- 250 g Strong flour
- 7 g Fast action dried yeast
- 10 g Salt
- Solid Ingredients
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- ¾ cup sultanas
Instructions
- Bread Machine method
- Put the wet ingredients into the bread machine and then the dry ingredients into the bread machine pan as in the General Guide.
- Set the machine on the standard white setting and press start
- Set a timer for 25 minutes and then add the solid ingredients to the bread pan
