Barbecued Red Mullet
Very simple and quick barbecue
- 250 g Red Mullet filleted
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil lemon infused if you have it
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- Sea salt
Wash the fish, dab dry and place in a dish.
Strip the rosemary from the stalk and chop lightly. Add to the dish plus the olive oil and salt and leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook on barbecue less than 2 minutes per side and serve directly
