Put the chocolate into bowl and microwave on full for 2 minutes. If still not fully melted, microwave for a further minute. Stir with a teaspoon
Take the strawberries one at a time and out the cocktail stick in the top (through the green part) and dip the strawberry into the chocolate almost to the top but leave a small part of the strawberry showing
Place the strawberry with the stick on the baking paper and leave to set. If it is a warm day, place in the fridge for a short time.
Notes
While you may not wish to eat the leafy hull of the strawberry, this is totally edible and so problem if eaten.
