Mix the dough ingredients
in the Bread Machine dough setting;
or by hand and knead. Leave to rise in bowl covered with a cloth
Prepare a baking tray, lightly dusting with flour. It will not be baked in this tray.
Prepare a 2nd baking tray by dusting with flour. This will be the one going in the oven
Tip the risen dough on to the baking tray and spread out evenly to less over the tray.
Mix the filling and spread the filling evenly over the entire width but leaving about 2 cm from the each of the long edges.
Roll the along dough and filling, like a swiss roll, by the long edge
Cut the dough with metal dough scraper into slices about 15-20mm thick and place on the 2nd baking tray (you may need 2 trays)
Cover the swirls and leave to rise. This could take 2 to 3 hours
Bake in fan oven 180C for 15 mins
Place on a cooling rack.
