Deflate the dough by folding it out and kneading it gently into a ball
Shape the dough into an oblong and place in loaf tin
Dampen the surface with water, sprinkle with flax seeds and dust with flour
Cover and leave in a warm place to rise until again doubled in size. Meanwhile switch on the oven 210°C (Conventional oven) or 200°C (Fan oven) and place a casserole dish with water in the bottom of the oven
Bake in the over for 35 minutes - longer for a deeper crust
Place on a cooling rack and allow to cool before slicing
