Date and Nut Energy Balls

- 200 g Almonds or Pistachios
- 400 g Dates de-stoned or Date Paste*
- 4 tsp Maca powder or hemp powder
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Put the nuts in a food processor and blitz for about 30 seconds until the nuts are broken up into small pieces.
Add all the other ingredients and blend in the food processor until everything is well mixed.
Roll into small balls (approx 3/4 tablespoon each). Place on to a tray. Put in the fridge for an hour or two before transferring into a storage box.
