Put the wet ingredients into the bread machine and then the dry ingredients into the bread machine pan as in the General Guide for your bread machine
Set the machine on the standard white setting and press start
Put the dried fruit in the dry ingredients dispenser or alternively set a timer for 25 minutes and then add the solid ingredients to the bread pan
Mix the ingredients for the glaze.
When the bake has finished, put the loaf on the cooling tray and brush the glaze on to the top of the loaf while it is still hot
