Hummus
This dish is very simple. It takes just minutes and is tastier than shop bought.
- 1 can chickpeas
- 4 Tbsp Tahini
- ΒΌ tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- High Quality Olive Oil for serving.
Drain the tin of chickpeas but keep the liquid in a cup in case if needed.
Add all the ingredients and blend until all ingredients are smoothly combined.
If the consistency is too thick then add some of the chickpeak liquid and blend some more.
Empty the mixture into a wide bowl and smooth over. Pour a small amount of high quality oil around the edge of the hummus bowl.
