Add the flour into the mixing bowl
Add the salt, sugar and yeast in separate edges of the bowl
Make a well in centre of the flour and add the oil
Add the water and mix for 8 minutes.
Oil a bowl and transfer the ball of dough into it and cover with a cloth. Leave to stand for 1 hour or until dough has doubled in size
Empty the dough on to a lightly floured surface. Stretch and fold the dough several times and then form into an oblong to fit your bread pan
Grease and lightly flour bread pan and put the dough into the bread pan and cover for one hour
While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 200ÂșC.
Put the bread pan in the middle of the oven and bake for 36 minutes.
Remove the bread from tin and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
