Walnut & Sultana Rye Bread
There is also a sourdough version of this recipe. Walnut & Sultana Sourdough Rye Bread
- 295 ml Luke warm water
- 3 Tbsp Treacle
- 1.5 Tbsp Olive oil
- 250 g Rye flour
- 250 g Strong flour
- 7 g Fast action dried yeast
- 10 g Salt
- Solid Ingredients
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- ¾ cup sultanas
Bread Machine method
Put the wet ingredients into the bread machine and then the dry ingredients into the bread machine pan as in the General Guide.
Set the machine on the standard white setting and press start
Set a timer for 25 minutes and then add the solid ingredients to the bread pan
